Shipping & Returns


We endeavor to dispatch all ready to buy items within 48 hours of order. (Monday- Friday). Delivery is normally next working day after dispatch, but please allow up to five working days for delivery. If you need an item super fast please contact us & we will try our best to help you. 

Delivery times will vary from country to country. We recommend that you leave as much time as possible between your order and the date you require delivery.

All of our items are sent via Royal Mail, either Special Delivery, 1st Class recorded or 1st class mail.

Any additional duty or taxes on imports to a country are the responsibility of the customer.

Missing items cannot be refunded or replaced until 20 working days after expected delivery date within the UK & Europe or 25 working days for the rest of the world. This is when Royal Mail will class the item as lost.



All of our items have been handmade with great care and attention & we hope you love them as much as we do, but if you find that a Dazed Dorothy accessory is not suitable for you, then please return it to us unused, and in it's original packaging, within 14 days for a refund or an exchange. We will accept returns on ready to buy bags & accessories. We will not accept returns for any item which is a bespoke order or any item that has been personalised.

Refunds will be issued on receipt of the returned item. We cannot refund your postage for your return. We suggest that you return your item via a recorded service & retain a proof of postage as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit. Please email or phone with your intentions of returning an item so we know to expect it. Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment within 7 days of receipt of return.
