How can I order a bespoke item?

By choosing our bespoke service you can colourmatch your accessory to your outfit, or emulate a style feature by use of details such as bows, covered buttons, contrast stitching or complimentary motifs. You can also specify size, adornment and extras such s pockets or straps. You may have seen a bag within our collections but would prefer it in  another colourway or would like elements from different bags combined. Whether this is the case or you have a unique idea of your own which you would like realised then please do get in touch! What methods of payment do you accept?

We can accept Credit/Debit card payments, Bank Transfer Payments, Paypal & Cash. We can accept all credit/debit cards via our online store 24hours a day. If you would like to make a card payment over the phone we can process all cards (except American Express) from 9am-11pm. For bespoke orders & sales at events we can accept Bank transfers, Paypal Payments & cash. If you would like more information on any of the payment types please Contact Us.

How will my order be packaged?

We have lots of pretty packaging which will vary depending on the size of your item. All items will have a Dazed Dorothy swing tag and be wrapped in tissue paper. We have various beautiful ribbons, stickers & bags that we will package your item in. All items being sent by post will be adequately wrapped/placed in bubble wrap/boxed to make sure it is safe in transit. If you would like your item gift wrapped with a specific message, then please just contact us to let us know.

Do you accept international orders?

Yes we do! We can accept orders and ship them to anywhere in the world. Please do not hesitate to Contact Us if you need  information about shipping to a specific country. The easiest way to place a bespoke order from an international country is to Email Us  with your requirements.

Can I find your products locally?

We often have products in Boutiques, Pop up shops & at events throughout the UK. The easiest place to keep up to dates with our events is on our Facebook Page.

Can I do a workplacement with Dazed Dorothy?

We welcome applications for workplacements; Please Email us using 'Workplacement' as your subject line if you are interested and let us know why your are interested and what skills you would like to enhance by undertaking a work placement.

Where do you source your materials?

Everywhere! We love to pick up various leathers, fabrics, trims, buttons & embellishments on our travels. Primarily we use a variety of leather suppliers in the UK & like to support other small UK businesses where we can.

Where are the products designed and created?

Every single product is lovingly designed and created in our home studio just outside Edinburgh - A peek behind the scenes of our studio is coming very soon!
